• If multiple accounts are detected from the same device or IP address, all associated accounts will be closed.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 and the maximum is BDT 50,000 per day.
• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.

6 Gaming & Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on pk77 are conducted in accordance with international gaming standards. Each game has its own rules, which you should familiarize yourself with before playing.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring complete impartiality.
• If a technical error causes the outcome of any game to be indeterminate, pk77 reserves the right to void that round.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Sports Betting settlements are based on the official result at the time of announcement.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any attempt to exploit software or system vulnerabilities for an unfair advantage will result in account closure.

7 Prohibited Activities

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Members may request to close their account at any time. pk77 also reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under certain circumstances.

• If a member submits a request to close their account, the support team will complete the process within 48 hours.
• Pk77 reserves the right to close any account without notice in the event of a rule violation.
• Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned upon account closure, though this may not apply in cases of rule violations.
